• The points engine also caters for the import of transaction data from programme partners who have agreed to issue or accept points at payment.
• Enables clients to set-up, modify and report on promotions which will provide rewards based on specific customer and/or transactional activity.
• Stores and maintains a catalogue of rewards which are then posted to a programme website for customers to view and redeem.
• The system is modular in design and we can provide an entire loyalty solution or specific functionality such as a CRM solution or a reward management platform.  

Rewards Management

Our technology means we are able to offer a robust ‘rewards management’ solution. Based upon Microsoft Commerce Server and Microsoft CRM, customer rewards can be specially sourced or selected from an existing range that is sourced and managed “off-the-shelf” by Emax.
 
The platform look and feel can easily be customised and we can host this on behalf of your organisation and maintain the infrastructure or install this at your site.  This features:

• Browse rewards from a list of categories.
• Place a reward in a shopping basket and confirm order.
